The Wrathful set is better in a sense that you've got resilience, so you don't die as quickly, but using PvE gear can be quite entertaining. Quicker casting speed, and set-bonuses, etc. It's all about personal preference. I do use both, though.

To answer your question, the host of the server was having problems and it's randomly been shutting off. They're not sure why, but they're doing everything they can to fix it. It's currently up at the moment, so hopefully it'll stay that way. Enjoy. :)

The website is back to working again. Go ahead and go to the wbsite and select the 'Account' button, then register an account and you'll be good to go!
