This is the Dio Time Stop Sound From The Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders OVA.

Well, this is much better. The absolute greatest weakness (in my own opinion) the OVA ever had was sound itself, with lackluster music if there even was music in that scene, and admittedly pathetic voice acting. But this has to be the absolute greatest sound effect anyone has ever done for Dio’s time stop. It’s short, it’s menacing, it truly feels like a serious power. This is only enhanced by the fact that we barely ever see the effects of Dio’s stand from an outside perspective in the anime, so seeing it in the OVA, where they are much more enthusiastic about using it in that manner, made Dio so much more unnerving in presentation.

It sounds like ocean waves crashing into the shore, before it all goes completely silent. As much as I enjoy the anime sound effect, this is actually far more eerie

The OVA was better than the Anime but the Anime did better in sound effects IMO

I personally prefer the OVA times stop sound effect rather than the actual time stop effect in the anime I don’t know why but it just sounds so over complicated in the anime like they put too much effort into it that’s why I prefer the OVA time stop.
