Just sharing bits and pieces of my life in Southeast Texas. Chickens, Nigerian Dwarf milk goats, beef cattle, quail, gardening and home canning. We have been on this journey 35 years, on land that has been in the family since 1850, 8 generations on this land. I guess you could say we have been homesteading before homesteading was a thing. Our kids are grown and out of the house, so I am having the time of my life with my husband, my garden, and our critters.

So glad I found your channel this morning! WOW!! Momma Honeysuckle had more babies then I've EVER seen a goat have! She is a rock star. Love her heart, she was exhausted. So happy you helped her feed them and get them jump started so to say.

I just found your channel and love how you interact with your goats. Mama was so calm and trusting while you handled the babies even with them yelling. The babies are absolutely adorable. I'll be watching for the next group to be born. You cracked me up talking about the mamas still "totin'" That was too funny.
