Meav is, sadly, no longer with Celtic Woman. But (Thank whatever gods there be for digital recording) you can find most of their concerts on YouTube. Meav is in the original "Celtic Woman" at the Helix Centre in Dublin, and You can see a lot of her in "A New Journey." You can also search for her; she's the only Meav you're likely to find on YouTube.
