@StreetSurfinn no no, 'brand new' to me. the engine is original. my biggest concern right now is the front brake is locking up on me. ive bled the line and replaced the fluid, seems to be doing better but after riding it and not using the front break at all, the front disk was hot. im afraid im going to have to take the whole assembly apart and clean it and im not sure if i know how to do it. is this doable by a beginner or is this a must to take to the shop?

i got my from jc whitney.. whats ur set up etc.? btw this bike was SLOW at the time untill i got my brand new points and condensors, have you replaced yours yet? also do a coil relay mod... hear from you soon!

@chris2crazzy can i see the ad? or the listing? or is it local... for 1450 the bike has to be in GOOD condition. the Motorcycle itself has a full jeweled roller bearing crank. To make those in these days would cost Suzuki a fortune. Back then they used high chemical strength materials, the metal finishes and quality is very high. These bikes are known to go well over 100k miles with just doing valve adjustments and keeping up on the oil
