Another tip - When looking at the map, you can press X on Xbox to show an index of where things are on the map - butcher, gunsmith, fence, tailor, etc. Will help to learn locations of places visited frequently.

Not bad dude! Been looking for a complete beginners guide for quite a few days now, trying to brush up. You're one of the better ones I've come across. I'll be looking for some more specific, in depth guides on your channel. after watching this one.

Just got the game for PC on Dec 5th and have been binging on it for about 40-50 hours. This guide was in depth and awesome in explaining everything. I tried GTA Online and the first time I spawned in someone trapped me in a cage, I had to quit the game to respawn out of it, probably because whoever did it, killed me. I never played it again. I am glad that RDR Online has ways to combat that. It makes me less hesitant to try it. Thank you for the guide!
