For those unaware, the album was delayed a bit because we made the decision to record a brand new song for inclusion on the album. It was written about a month ago and we decided it fit perfectly with the rest of the songs. We're taking our time, making sure the album is a good as it can be. Mixing is going slow, but the songs are sounding great. If a new idea happens during mixing, we'll grab a guitar or keyboard and try it out. Not having a record label or deadline means we can experiment and make the music better when we want to. That said, we're working hard to get this thing done; I think it'll be worth it. I can't help but feel a little disappointed by how nearly everyone keeps soiling the musical fun times by dragging Vinesauce memes into the mix. They're different things, so I think they should stay separate.

I'm the rare Mike stan in the fanbase. I love Red Vox and Vinny deserves all the love he gets for his work as an incredible musician and talented streamer, but can we get some love for Mike in the comments? Feels like sometimes people forget about our favorite Jabroni and act as though Red Vox is all Vin. They're both phenomenal musicians and generally cool humans.

When he sings/says "Hide away" at 1:02 and "Find a way" at 1:09 like that, my panties drop.

This song is a great tale of anxiety and depression. It simply follows a person suffering from anxiety and anti-sociality, so decides to "Make his own friends", since he can't find the courage to make friends in the real world. Eventually, his anxieties and stresses catch up to him, and his problems collapse onto him, causing him to spiral down into an even greater state of depression. I see your message here, Vin. 10/10 lyrics, they're very well done.

The more I listen to Red Vox as a whole, the more I realize how much it all fits into my own little world. Since Vinny writes most of the lyrics, it also illuminates a terrifying prospect: Vinny and I aren't so different after all
