That grab is only available when you give Lili the headdress you see her wearing here. Once you have her wearing that, you do uf 1+2,which is like a forward jump tap plus both punch buttons. This is the black/red one, but it also works with the white/red one as well.

@zoebeatriece From the main menu, go down to the Profile option, in there should be the Customize option. You can probably figure out the rest from there. Easiest way to earn money to buy items is to play through Campaign Mode. You will also earn items and clothing for your characters just by playing through this mode as well.

Sry, the input for that move is not up-forward. Its actually down-back plus the two punch buttons. Sry for the bad info. XD
