They actually do cuss on the show, just not that. In the episode with the haunted British taxi Rigby was afraid of, in the forest, Mordecai saw it too and said "Holy c**p it's real!"

The show does actually cuss, but not in the UK airings, they use the words piss and crap, and also rigby says "Bensons gonna drop his BALLS when he sees how good we set up these chairs!"
