@Effecto1234 - On your 5230, click on Menu > Application > Location > Positioning > Postioning Methods (make sure you only check "Integrated GPS")

@MrRehan2009 No need for interenet access to use Nokia's turn by turn navigation. Just make sure you have the maps pre-loaded already on your phone. You can do that by using OVI Suite.

@SalmanBacha Yes, it is available where ever you are in the world unless your country has a restriction on its use. No need for an internet connection to get a GPS Fix.

@Effecto1234 You're right! Although, some 5230's released here in my country now comes preloaded with maps. I also suggest you download the Drive/Walk Voice Guidance.

@maschingo - GPS is free... A-GPS or Assisted GPS service uses the data network, data fees vary, to check the cost of data transfer services, contact your service provider.

@qudratzazai Have you tried updating the map software and maps on your phone using OVI Suite? Try it. Download and Install OVI Suite on your PC then Connect your phone. It'll show you all the updates available for your phone. OVI Suite can be downloaded on Nokia's website.

ayos ha... free b yang ovi maps? nokia maps pa rin kasi gamit ko pero nagagamit ko naman sa 6210 navigator..kaso nga lang yang version na yan parang google maps na sa detalye ng kalsada, yung sa nokia maps di pa kumpleto ang mapa e,
