i got the rare death animation where the zombie loses it's head and does a dance then dies but never knew this death animation existed

This actually happens only on the console port when a zombie eats too much without getting killed. This is seen most commonly with wallnuts, pumpkins and tallnuts because those are the plants that have the most health as well as the ability to be brought back to full health by replacing them before they're completely eaten.
