How do I know if the pencil is charging? What I've read says that it has to be pared via bluetooth to see it's charge, but I also saw that in a reply to another comment you said that to connect to bluetooth it needs to be fully charged first. I don't know if the pen charging and I am unable to pull up the bar and Welcome as you did at 1:37. In settings when I go to bluetooth, I cannot get the pencil under "devices," it just keeps loading and spinning. I'm not sure if this is just the wrong place to pare the pencil or what.
