Well, we didn't even get to the first race of '08 yet and already Young Nasty Man is at it again!

Jeff Gordon has won numerous open wheel championships in USAC sprint cars and midgets. He raced sprint cars at the age of 16. He also raced silver crown cars and has won allot of races in the Midwest and Pennsylvania.

Jeff Gordon wins the battle here. I was never a Stewart fan, but I have come to respect him in the current days because he has learned how to control his attitude and he actually races cleanly now. I never liked him when he drove the #20 car, he was always starting trouble and then complaining. But now he is a much better person since he started his own team. Gordon is still better overall though. More wins and championships.

Even though we can say that Jeff Gordon should have 6 titles, that alone should be enough to rank him up with Petty and Earnhardt Sr. Even though the record book says he only has 4. That alone right there should prove that Jeff Gordon really is amazing. Jimmie got 5 straight "handicapped, 2nd-chance" championships, even when he was nowhere near championship worthy in 2010. Gordon would have 6 real titles. And there's still debate on who's the better driver? Gordon FTW. 84 times and counting
