i love this guitar, i initially purchased a epiphone traditional pro iv, which i did love looking at but i didnt enjoy playing. so i went back to GC, exchanged this for half the price and i enjoy playing it so much more. its lightweight and for the price, all of the features like, locking tuners and coil switches is a steal! i'll get a "real" les paul eventually but for now, this gem will do

This guitar is so underrated it’s crazy… I went In to Guitar Center today dead set on purchasing a Jackson Dinky DS34 and ended up walking out with this same guitar except in an aqua burst. I have 10 strats and 4 teles and I’ve never found a LP style guitar I like and I’ve had Gibsons, Firefly, Epiphone, IVY, and none came close to this one… the neck is slimmer and SO comfortable, it’s light weight (unlike most LP model guitars), it resonates so long, it has high quality locking tuners, the coil tap feature on the pickups is amazing… every guitar In my collection has had the pickups swapped right away but this is gonna be the only guitar in my collection that is gonna stay completely stock. Seriously anyone who is considering this guitar BUY IT NOW!!!!! The price is gonna go up once people find out about this gem.

My only issue with these guitars is that you can tell they're kind of just thrown together in a factory in Vietnam, never seen one in my GC that didn't have spots under the finish, shoddy fret markers or, in the case of the one I bought, a small dent in the lacquer, luckily not the wood, on the back of the neck straight out of the box... BUT all of the most important stuff, like good pickups, good feel of the neck, LOCKING TUNERS, individual coil splits, light AF for a Les Paul, I don't know what to call them but like, carves? Cuts? Contours? Maybe contours, on the body around the neck so you can easily get to the bottom frets (my biggest issue with the LP shape) and gorgeous to look at (got one in Black Cherry) as long as you don't put it under a microscope lol

Most people do not prefer bolt on necks especially in a les Paul style body
