Hello there. Thanks for you design. An important point (as somebody who has designed dozens of houses): in kitchen design, you never put a stove directly in front of a low window. That is because the hot splashes and hot oil from the stove will constantly stain the window and the heat from the stove will affect the glass. In addition, a kitchen sink is always better underneath a window rather than facing a solid wall. In your design, you need to swap the stove and the sink position over. The rest of it is lovely.

My perfect retirement home. I would definitely need a small laundry room but other than that it’s perfect.

So inlove talaga ako sa design ng bahay, baka po makakarequest mga 60sqm lang house kahit 2 bedrooms lang tapos with attic. Pero ganun pa rin itsura ng labas super ganda talaga.

Gawa po kayo ng same po nito diretso living room sa service area para sa airflow ng bahay, but 3 toilet and bath, 2 bedrooms have their own toilet and bath, while the 3rd toilet is for visitors. 3 bedrooms rin po. Please hehehhee

Your design is simple but it's so amazing and I want for my future house is like this or it's just similar to your designs thank you for posting this kind of ideas. This idea should be shared because I know many people we're amazed by this.
