Description
Hello and Welcome to CTD (Cars Trucks And Detours.. AKA SteveAZ711).
I do repairs on my computers, house, autos, trucks, and my yard so just about anything may pop up here. I generally make a video of something that I think may be of interest, or a repair that I happen to be doing. I have a couple of project vehicles, and four wheelers, that will most likely show up on YouTube in the future.
I am used to working by myself and sometimes I utilize non-standard procedures for doing things. However, I like to think "Safety First" in my repairs. My videos are intended for entertainment purposes and one should always consult a professional before attempting a repair that you do not feel safe or qualified in doing.
Videos are posted irregularly so I recommend a subscription (it's free) so you can be notified when the next video is ready. Remember to Subscribe and to click the Notification bell.
Thanks for watching!

If you didnt crank or move your engine, theres no need to point the rotor to number one sparkplug or turn the crank pulley to get the piston at TDC. Just mark your distributor cap and rotor as well as the body or base of the distributor to block. Then when all is marked pull out the distributor, then put it back the same way and then time it.

Thank you SO MUCH. The other vids I have seen show NOTHING that clarifies Like this one does. Been fighting with My 87 F150 302 EFI for Months, frustrating myself and my over the phone helper. Easy to see what's UP With YOUR GREAT Video. Tired of hearing talk, NEEDED to SEE...
