So, I tried in 3GB Ram Guys it's not working and after next time I can try 4GB Ram windows Subsystem for Android Because Windows Subsystem Support from 4GB Ram

Actually the problem is not the ram, the disk or anything like that, just try to run the command bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto, that should solve the problem Remember to start the cmd window with administrative privileges after Restart, that worked for me Adittional: Look for the virtualization option in UEFI or BIOS of your PC, I hope this has helped
