I'm sorry to ask but just two questions..The potatoes you use are they the floury variety or waxy..I'm assuming floury because you've deep fried them secondly the tomato puree is that just whizzed fresh tomatoes or tomato concentrate..In the UK puree usually means concentrate but In India it's usually whizzed tomatoes and this is what I would have assumed only it did have that very deep red colour of the concentrate..Great recipe and subscribed :-)
