You know if you would just say the proper words, answer correctly, enter the right info into the system, you would actually be able to get a little help. All ya gotta do is use the system properly and correctly, and you'd be fine.

I actually have cable at my business, and yes the service is better, but I need more of it. FIOS hasn't been down once, cable's been down 3 times, once for 3 days.

@outlier56 Yeah, I think the main problem is there is a lack of competition to keep them honest. Here it's either Comcast cable or FIOS.

You can "not" say a bunch of words to the recorded voice. It can only accept certain words.

Every call to Verizon is exactly like this. Also, every call to Comcast is exactly like this. I ditched them both.

Ya big time. But the good news is they gave me a person to call locally that will now wait on the phone for me. That will be cool if I need it again, we'll see how it goes.
