It really disappointed me when I saw the raid gear for last wish. They missed out on the perfect opportunity to make a sick looking taken ahamkara gear set

It’s just insane how you see some of this fan art armor sets made by people in which you wear what you killed and it just looks so good, hopefully they can reside to that again

Whoever they fired in the armor-making department, they were clearly carrying. Some of the new armor in Destiny 2 has been pretty good, but some sets in D2 just feel like more of a costume than an armor

I wish that they make the armor more enemy themed again

The fact they gave warlock chest pieces sleeves pisses me off so much. I ran obsidian aspect in D1 and that shit ran all the way up to your shoulder. It was so cool

The entire aesthetic and atmosphere was better in d1. D2 is like so meh when it comes to most weapon and armor design. Only large improvement is the ships sparrows and ghosts

no destiny 2 armor will ever compare to D1 raid armor, simple as that

This is why I wear the trials set, it’s just so clean

I feel like Bungie want to make armor that goes well with other sets. I wish they made more armor that doesn't necessarily look great along with other pieces BUT looks amazing with the rest of it's set. It would make us grind more to get the whole set. It's a win-win situation.

The psion flyer cloaks could have came back in season of the dawn but nope

I'd like to see a return of luminescent Shaders, like Glowhoo from Crota's End

See it's funny, because I would describe the aesthetic of D1 and D2 as the opposite of how they describe in the Video.

Destiny 2 has some stand out armors but, the bottom line for armors is for-sure worse.

bruh even D1 blue gear looks better than most legendary gear. i think they are making their best designs for eververs so people have to buy them smh...

This is why the undying set from season 9 is still one of my favorites. Even though it simply came from the pass, turning your character into an actual vex-like being is so cool. No other set in D2 comes close to that feeling, outside of some exotic ornaments.

I miss the destiny 1 taken set

Miss wearing hunter phogoths arms and that purple glowing pulsating hive helmet , straight up was a hunter turned hive

We need to be able to modify the way the shaders react with the armor! The shaders look nothing like you would expect them to. We need more customization options when it comes to our shaders .
