I would like to add that if your dialogue is too fast or skipping you need to change your refresh rate on your monitor to 60 fps. It sucks but blame Todd Howard. Thank you all for the kind words :)

AUDIO DISTORTION SOLUTION. For anyone using Grimreaferr's fix and experiencing the audio distortion issue right after: Change your audio to 44hz. It's under advanced in your audio settings of whatever you're using (I am using a Arctis PRO wireless).

Just downloaded Fallout 4 and this helped with both no voice in dialogue as well as I only heard sound when looking at the source of the noise. Thanks man.

I'm experiencing a problem in my game and I would like to ask for help in resolving it. After playing for about one or two minutes, the game's sound becomes muted, and I'm also unable to interact with NPCs as they simply don't react when I try to talk to them. It's worth noting that I'm using some mods, but I don't believe they are the main cause of this bug since I've been using them for quite some time now (around 28 hours, to be more precise). This problem is occurring only in Fallout 4.
