Since people keep asking, the quest is called "In Sheep's Clothing" and in order to trigger it you either have to complete "Political Leanings" and then "Banished from the Institute", or just blow up the Institute in the main quest line. I don’t know if you can get this quest in the Institute ending.

For some reason, after I'd killed the mayor, the whole city became hostile towards me. I had to reload a save and let the guard kill him instead.

Love the secretary whose’s supposed to be a hostage but looks so bored that she can’t stop fidgeting in place.

I like how you dressed Hancock up in the hooded wasteland outfit and put a mask on his face. Disguises the fact that he's a ghoul and makes it more believable that he would be able to enter Diamond City. Great RP skills.

Reminder that manny of those replaced by the institute were experemented on and turned into super mutents. So its possible hancock and his brother might be reunited one day. Chances are slim but would be an interesting story for a a brothet who regains his mind after being crazy finds his brother
