Your a hero man! Been having the same issue for 2 weeks now. No idea how to fix it. Tried swapping O2 sensors and thermostat. But one of the leads was broken on this sensor and I couldn't find it until you bro!

On my 1995 Honda Accord Vtec had the same issue, spirometer stopped working and D4 flashing. Mechanic fixed it. He changed speed sensor and transmission oil. It costed me: labor $75, speed sensor $70, transmission oil $30
