I can confirm it. I didnt use it for my eyebrows, but I used it for my beard. It is amazing, today I have a full beard (before it was a patchy beard). I started today with my eyebrows, but with castor oil and I will see how it works. But I am pretty sure, that minoxidil works better.

I used to do this while also applying to my beard. Beard grew denser but eyebrows only had a radial growth of small hairs. Nothing that looked dense in my case to keep going. Works hella good for eyelashes tho
