You don't have to sound like Kurt to do a Nirvana song. Just sounds like you're trying too hard to sound like him, comes off as unoriginal, as it probably isn't the way your actual singing voice is at all... however, I must say, it's probably the best random acoustic cover I've seen so far on Youtube...
