The man who was in the elevator and who showed "Harald" around was very personable, handsome, patient and tolerant. He had a great smile. If I had a hotel I would want that man greeting my guests.

I wish they had these capsule hotels in all airports. Be nice to sleep when you have an over night lay over or just rent one for 4 hours and take a nap.
