People can think or say what they want about them. This reminds me that as human beings we are more than just our bodies. We are our souls. I’ve felt self conscious about my body, the scars on my skin, but then I saw this and cried. So many things we worry about are truly meaningless in the grand scheme of things. My prayers are with this couple and that they continue to be happy

Poor woman, massive respect for that guy for actually loving her and taking care of her, I can't imagine having that condition where you can't even get out in the sun, that must really be a horrible life for her. So glad she finally found her love! Hopes she has a wonderful life!

I've seen documentaries on people with that disease and they absolutely do not go outside during the day. The curtains have to be blackout and closed. Even riding in the car to appointments they have to stay under a blanket. It makes me so sad that she has never gotten the right care or maybe ignored the part about going into any sunlight. The other people I seen didn't have any sores but they also never went outside except at night. Thank God her baby won't be affected by it.
