No hating intended but your trying to load up on power to much, standing to tall with a lot of the shots and after you throw them shots instead of trying to move around the bag keep your head moving, add a few rolls, you wanna try stay in the same spot, twist waste more into low hooks, sorry don't mean to hate or criticise, just a few tips,
