eiko amarant's lvls depends on ur current party lvl meaning if blank is lvl 1 amarant will be lvl 1 as well

I was over level 90 when I fought this guy and yet, I lost >_< Sweet job though ^_^ I bet I could never match you...

Also, if you don't kill anyone off and keep resetting til only two Plant Spiders, everyone will get 11 exp and be 5 exp from level 2 so Amarant will be level 1.

yeah, i must have restarted over 20 times though and always ran into 3-4 plantspiders. tbh i wasnt worried with amerant been level 2 as you dont use him in the fight against ozma.

wow 4 party members FF has sure taken a turn for the worst

it is possible to get to ozma with a level 1 party and its even on gamefaqs but im not too sure its possible to have eiko or amarant in your party with no gameshark but anyway the point is that it was done at the starting level and takes skill to beat ozma at that level so who cares how they did it theyre still at level one and i dont think its cheating to fight someone way more powerful than u at the first level Good work greendotz

*sigh* it truly amazes me how little people know about this game, if you feed all the friendly monsters then you can physically attack ozma AND it makes him/her/it weak against darkness. Physically attacking in a Lv 1 game is suicide anyway, only reason I did it was because I had berserk inflicted.

11) Cleyra invasion, you have a mix of both Alexandrians and type B's (black mages) use the freya/zidane combo on the Alexandrians and Vivi's stop on the type B's, Quina can help with her petrify but she works better as a healer. you have about 5 fights in a row without saving VERY TOUGH!

9) Equip Freya with her best weapon (bought in cleyra), equip her with man eater ability and stick her in the front row. Equip Zidane with his worst weapon (dagger) and place him in the back row
