Hi Ms Chrisma, napakaganda po ung home excersize na ginawa niyo. Napaka effected siya. Ginagaya po kyo araw araw since na lockdown tyo. Idol ko po kyo. Lahat ng ginawa niyo na home excersize, halos nagawa kna rin. At bago plang ako pero nkita kana ang progress.

i believe it works because im doin this workout.. some of my friends take noticed how firm my butt and rounded. just do it 4x a week is good enough.. take a bit rest before shower.. goodluck guys
