Hey everyone, unfortunately PS4's 2.5 update doesn't work with this remote play app anymore. The guys who cracked the app are fully aware and are finding a workaround for non-rooted users.

Great Vid, easy to do. No rooting required. I have Android Version 5.0 and it works great. Test with GTA V and Minecraft.

Anybody know why my controller pairs with my phone(Galaxy S5) but after it says "paired" it still keeps blinking and then just turns off. Really wanna use it, I already connected my phone to the PS4 and this is all that's left. Thanks in advance!

I cant get my dualshock 4 to work while the remote play is connected, the controller works for the other account I made but for my main account when the controller connects I loose the remote play connection. help?

Ive got a otg cable , can i play with my controller with the otg cable?

So after setting up a new account and tinkering with this for a few hours, I finally got this to work, but I don't think that I will be able use my controller outside of my house (say for instance at my car dealership while i get an oil change) right? It seems that the dual shock controller needs to be within range of the PS4 you are share playing with right? is there a work around this to be able to use the dual shock 4 on the go???

It is not necessary android 4.2.2. I tried on my tablet which is note 10.1. It has android 4.1.2. It works.
