You were so right I live in NYC and never had mice until a new hot water tank was put in under my sink somehow there getting in. I ordered a gallon & put it down they have been eating it and today I found a dead one on my living room so Thank you so much this stuff works.

Thank you for this review. Very thorough. The thing about poison is the odor when you cant locate the varmints. I just invested in an 8lb box of this product. I pray it works as promised.
