I have just started to turn my own baseball bats so this is going to be very interesting series Ben. I love the idea and can’t wait to watch how these turn out. You might also want to try Maple. Maple bats are very popular and make for a great Bat.

Hey, thats a good idea Ben.....I have first dibs if your selling one.....I could use a hevy bat for theft prevention around the house....you now we can`t have guns here so we need something to keep them bad guys in line and it just hapens that i`m the baseball bat type of guy....I`f you make one for me I like a heavy bat and i`ll pay for it.....You could say i`m your first customer,,,,,CHEERS
