Vet student here: This can stop the signs of her being in heat but it can bring worse problems - false pregnancy for example, which is a really dangerous condition. Be careful, and neuter your cat, the best option I believe.

I'm high and I can't stop laughing

I have 4 female cats and have been having them spayed as I can afford it. Having 3 of them in heat at the same time was UNBEARABLE. Now that I’m down to one that hasn’t been fixed yet, she rarely goes into heat and if she does, it’s very short lived. Her meows are very soft so, her looking-for-a-lover yowls are not as bad as the other two’s were. Hoping to get her fixed next month

What I have to say is for ppl who want to get a cat... So to be honest this is not really the way to go sadly if you can not afford to spay your cat don't get one just yet.. Now here is why... Cat's will love you though they may not show it at times unlike dog's, but the love none the less is still there, there for cat's will make you part of there pack rubbing the whiskers which are there glans that put there sent on you.. Long story short folks doing this will only make your cat go to you every single time there in heat also in the end you must understand they might just keep bugging you for more so when you keep doing this there going to keep expecting you to take care of them that way and this way will and can be annoying not only to you but to the cat as well think for a moment if you are out of the house for work or what ever or think of when your on vacation?? O boy cause I cant... This might now lead your cat depress and stress out because you there mate is not there to take care of business so to speak lol.

I don’t suggest in doing this a lot, it’ll mess up the balance of the cats hormones and give the cat pyometra. It happened to my cat and we almost lost her because of it. So be cautious when doing this

NO! Completely wrong! The cat MUST be fixed by a vet or it will lead to an internal infection that causes death. My cat nearly died from this so I speak from experience. To save her life cost me so much money for the surgery and her recovery and so much heartbreak. PLEASE her being in heat is not a joke, take her to the vet to have her fixed!
