This was kind of just a giant experiment. I’m loving all the suggestions on how I can improve it for next time!

My only issue with this, is that there should have been a ran domizer to decide who won the war, intead of just assuming the first side won.

Mini history lesson for anyone curious: Maine and Louisiana actually share a lot of history together. We both share the “weird French people” as you affectionately call LA lol Acadians (aka Cajuns) can still be found in abundance in Northern Maine today! So their alliance actually makes a lot of sense.

I find it funny that Washington made one alliance in the beginning and once Missouri got eliminated, Washington was just so quiet! And no one bothered them. They were just… there

The best part was the constant changing of the rules along the way. Definitely made it more chaotic.

As some one from small, unrecognized VT, seeing us dominate like half of the US made me so happy.

You forgot the "Alliance" rule; If one state fights an alliance, they lose and join to the closest state. If an alliance fights a larger alliance, they lose and join the largest state. If two equal alliances fight, the aggressor loses a state.
