I laughed when "Spenny" was dressed as Boy George from Culture Club. But considering how many times Kenny has referenced this infamous Amsterdam incident, there must be some truth to it. Kenny was talking about it since pretty much the beginning of the series, and seeing how bad of a drunk Spenny can get, I don't doubt it's true.
