In truth that zombie only got so much emphasis/detail/spotlight because that was a zombified version of one (of many) contest winners who got to be zombies in that episode. They simply reused the likeness for Stephanie. No zombified stephanie, no hidden meaning, simply the same likeness used twice.

This is impossible, because a part of the group in Shel's story are what's left of the cancer group from Ep4, who stole the boat. They only get to steal the boat inbetween Ep4 and Ep5. Shel's story is weeks after that.

When lee is dead , stephanie was alive that's mean the walker isn't stephanie but it could be her twin sister or something like that's

Not to be that douche or anything but that zombie was one of the winners of like a contest and got to be put in the game

There was a contest held for people who pre ordered the game, they drew five names. 4 of them had their real life figure made into a zombie in the game, which is why the zombie you were analyzing was so detailed cause it was one of the contest winners.

This walker, as well as three others (2 on the street w/ the referenced walker, and 1 inside the Marsh House) were finalists in a contest TellTale Games held. The winner of said contest was actually made into a character in the game (Brie).
