I had an outside cat named Attila that looked like him, he weighed a good 16-18 pounds. Once he got used to me he proved to be a gentle giant - unless you were a dog!

Another time, Mr Tom showed up on the doorstep. He was always hostile until he got a really bad bout of mange. Only then did he let me touch him. I'd rub in this Mexican sulfur based acne cream into the mange. Mites just hate sulfur! I learned that fm being with Marines in the field at Camp LeJeune. Over a couple of weeks, his mange was all gone and he looked like a cat again, instead of a chupacabra. From then on, he was my little buddy.

A soothing voice a little baby talk some food and water that's all it takes, and always be gentle. that's it! What an absolutely handsome boy he is! Hang in there he is so worth it! Your reward will be great!! You're a great human being.
