I make actual garbage that people mistake for quality content.
But seriously tho, this channel is home to analysis videos, YouTube Poops, live-action re-enactments of SpongeBob episodes, AMVs of musical theatre songs, and just about anything related to Tamatoa or Aardvark Matt Damon. Hope you enjoy!
I'm sorry, I'm not looking for new editors at this time.
I have a PO Box now; if you'd like to send me something, email me for the address!

I also really like how Roxanne is never really afraid of Megamind. When Megamind kidnaps her and tries to scare her, their exchange is playful, even flirty. But when Hal kidnaps her, she is genuinely terrified of him. It's because Roxanne knew that everything that Megamind did was nothing but performative. She knew that he would never hurt her- She was never in any real danger, it was understood that all he really wanted to do was lure Metroman out and fight him. Hal's behaviour showed little regard for her safety or her desires- stalking her to her home, spying on her through the window, clumsily throwing her around and then claiming to have "saved" her.

The fact that Metroman speaks to Megamind as a friend instead of rejecting him when they reunite in the school shows that he knows that he saw Megamind as a fellow human.

Funny how Megamind doesn’t have a proper name, he’s just given a name a villain would have.

The scene in Metroman's secret hideout shows, Metroman knew that Megamind is not actually evil. Most of the fights between Megamind and Metroman are just him going out with his friend to play.

"He'd win some; I'd almost win others" is still one of my favorite quotes from movies ever

You know, I always thought Megamind should get a sequel… I’m quickly regretting that mindset

Sometimes I forget that Megamind is literally an alien and not an intelligent, blue man with a large head

Honestly I'm glad that this film didn't make much of an impact when it came out. Otherwise we'd be seeing Megamind 5 where Metroman's brother comes to Metro City to kill Megamind but his kids come to save him with the power of love and fart jokes. Megamind can stay as an incredible film without the over saturation of Hollywood.

One of the most heartbreaking moments in the movie is when MM says "I'm going home" and he turns himself back into jail.

I just realized that Metroman in the final act actually knew more about Megamind than he did anyone else. Like you said, he sees people as props, but not Megamind. He knows that like himself, Megamind didn’t have a choice in what he was, he was given the role of villain by everyone else, and in the end, Megamind might’ve actually been one of the two only people Metroman ever would’ve had as a true friend. I actually love this way more now

One thing I noticed in the movie is how Megamind and Metroman don't have real names. Only Tighten/Titan does because he used to be Hal, it's like Megamind was born to be Megamind and Metroman was born to be Metroman. It's subtle and great imo.

Megamind is, in my opinion, the most underrated Dreamworks movie ever.

A neat detail no one mentions is how Metroman's upbringing seems to imply that while his mother was there for him, his dad was distant, which you can see by him being unfazed at his adopted son flew around their living room. Megamind, however, had a surrogate family inside the prison that while they distorted his morality and taught him to be bad, they all seemed to genuinely care about him and were raising him as their own.
