Hello Everyone, so i've gotten many comments about the genders of Yin and Yang, and I would like to respond with an apology and a statement.

I think my favourite part about this is they both display their qualities in a way, the white cat despite representing good taunts the black cat calling him stupid showing that the good does have some bad in them and then when the black cat was getting angry he probably could've consumed the symbol if he tried but he realised it'd cause too much destruction so the good in him meant he stopped and went back to sleeping in his area.

What's interesting is that when a black cat crosses your path it's bad luck, but when a white cat crosses your path it's good luck! Otherwise lovely animation! And what a sassy yang!

I might be wrong but i heard once that Yin the black one is female and Yang male. But yeah. I might be wrong and of course it doesn't really matter ^^

Okay this is amazing!!! It’s really well done and follows what Yin and yang stands for, unfinished or not it’s great none the less!

I love Yang’s voice so much, it really fits them.

I get why people are concerned by the genders, and i was confused by it too (seeing as thats what yin and yang represent) but COME ON the animation is beautiful and despite that its flawed i love it! Great job to the animator :)

Oh gosh I love how this looks it's amazing! I'm also very glad that the symbols were portrayed accurately as most people actually get the names and purposes of Yin and Yang mixed up.

If it makes you feel any better, I think Yang still sounds like a boy, but just a slightly more feminine sounding one. As for Yin, Yin sounds male. But I still love it! It was awesome!
