What I think they need are more destressing. Some place where they can just go training or Meditating or some shit. Just to get that stress out. If they had a very intensely aggressive or dangerous situation, they will likely bring that aggression and stress into the next scene without really being able to check themselves

110 officers charged out of 10k deaths? That sounds to me like there is a high justified to unjustified ratio. I don't see many other explanations for such a low number when it's talking about killings. Remember, we are only looking at numbers here. In these numbers, we don't know if the person suddenly pulled out a phone or if a officer had a negligent discharge and accidentally shot a white active shooter when they surrendered, thus getting charged for accidentally killing someone who killed more than 3 people.
