Decided to pop in here that along with dieting, cardio, and kettlebells. I went from 270ish pounds to 215 in the span of 3 months. Crazy how two 10 pound kettlebells can change your life for the better.

I love it. I'm in the middle of doing 200 swings for the month of February. I've done 300 a day before, so this is feeling great! I'm using a 52.9 pound kettlebell, by the way.

You aren't joking about 70lb kettlebell being very different then 70 pound dumbell. I picked up a 30 lb kettlebell and I can't believe I never got into using these sooner its feels way heavier just becaus show the weights distributed I can see why Pavel Tsatouline speaks so highly of them. Now mind you I farmers walk with two 70lb dumbells so I'm definitely not a stranger to heavy weights I'm definitely going to get heavier kettlebells and use this 30lb to learn these moves I've never done before.

Love this doing a current 600 kick a day muay thai challenge on top of my kettlebells and pull chin up circuits I think Imma try this now cause I have the equipment and already love swinging

i have been training with machines/kickboxing for 7 months and my fitness level is pretty good.. I started kettlebell training 2 weeks ago and I am telling you my friends, that really kicks my a.. .. more than a two hours of kickboxing/machines combined.......not going back to the machines !

I feel like if you just rested 1 day in between your swings so your muscle can rest+grow, your deadlift mightve went up even more. Try it again and see
