FYI: The February update moved the default player option to the main side panel. On the left side of your display tap the three line action overflow menu...scroll down to settings and you'll see default player option. Select that and then you'll be able to cast again.

FYI: New Showbox update says Server A and tap the 3 dots beside 720p and change player to Other.
