Description
I'm Anthony Smith. I've done it all on YouTube. Everything from vlogs to games I'm the guy who you can count on to make your day a bit brighter. I've spent the past few years studying YouTube, analytics, SEO, and a million other tiny things that separate a REAL YouTuber from a hobbyist. Right now I'm focusing on teaching the YouTube community everything I know about YouTube because... uh... I like competition! If you know me from my gaming channel, School!, or Freedom! central then you'll like me here too!

You'll find that people will treat you very differently if you're a foreigner that speaks Tagalog. When you speak English to Filipinos, you speak to their mind, but when you speak their language to them, you speak to their heart.

There are Americans who are absolutely penniless in the U.S. but when they are in the Philippines they act towards Filipinos like an arrogant rich guy. This is the only place to boost their egos. They want to feel that superiority complex which they cannot get in the U.S.

I have experienced numerous times when I took taxi and the driver tried to charge me extra and I mentioned Duterte and his tone of his voice changed.

That's the irony here in the Philippines Locals tend to give more favor to Foreigners than their own fellow citizens. That's what you call colonial mentality so sad.

Not only Foreigners but many Filipino taxi commuters also have many bad experiences with the taxi driver. 80% of my taxi rides at the airport are bad (both the Yellow and the White cab). Most of the time, they ask for extra pay.

Always heard the issue with the Taxi's but never experience it. Been there 3 times, with the last time for 10 months. Loved it there. I will add this to others PLEASE do not be rude. It hurts others going there. I heard many elderly tell me and thanked me for not being rude and liked me more for it. Remember You are there as a guest.

I loved the Philippines. Thinking of retiring there. I am certainly not an ugly American as I love Pinoy food and had a great time the two times I visited Cebu. I was always mindful of my behavior and kind to people. Gave lots to street people (against the advice of my Pinoy friend) without terrible results as claimed by so many.

Checking bags before entering malls or any stablishment here in Phil's is part of security purposes.. Just to make sure bombers will not enter any stablishments.. It's for everyone's sake..
