Dude when Jesus said “i make all things new”… that got me sobbing

When I watched this movie, and saw Jesus being whipped, something inside me changed, man. Ever since, I've committed myself to God in ways I'd never done before. It changed my life, and I know I'm a sinner, and have a long way to go, but this film set me on the right path, and I will never be able to thank Mel enough for it

Jim never did another movie because he was blacklisted by Hollywood. He was warned before going in and went anyway. He'll be back for the sequal according to Mel.

Bro let me tell you this: I never cried for almost 2 hours straight until I watched this film.

Cry while watching this movie is not a bad thing it shows that you have a heart and that you have compassion and that makes you human I also cried when I watched this movie it's beautiful and heart breaking at the same time I'm a horror movie fanatic the more blood and guts the better but I just could not handle watching this movie more than once because this is not just a movie it's the truth of one man's suffering pain and torture just because of what he believed the good he was doing and how special he was

This movie actually made my friend Who was raised atheists into Christian and honestly, this movie is such a powerful movie.

People say its a horrible movie because they wanted Jesus to be happy the entire movie. It doesn't work that way, BUT Jesus was a happy man and he was happy to teach the ways of the lord and to spread love and knowledge throughout the world. But he was still part human, he felt pain and sadness and he willingly went through the beatings and Crucifixion knowing he would suffer more pain than any man that ever existed, and he did it for us because he loves us and wanted to give us a greater chance at redemption and walking with the lord. This movie in my opinion is the best because it shows how loving Jesus was and what he willing went through because of his love for us

Also María ,she got one of the greatest suffering a mother can get,watching your child being tortured slowly to death and not able to help him.May the God who makes us behave better bless our journey,heal our souls n humble our hearts.

This movie is of course one of a kind, powerful and devastating. I think everyone, especially Christians should see it once, but I wouldn't blame anyone for being unable to watch it again. I wept like a child. What king ever loved his people so much? Thank you Lord for so loving the world you gave your only begotten son. Thank you Jesus for your courage, your love and obedience to the Father. I am so sorry the price was so steep for us. ️️️
