For those of you who are arguing about "Sonamy or Sonally", please don't attack people's opinions about their ships. We're all allow to ship people rather if they like it or not. It's okay if you don't like Sonamy, Sonally, or maybe neither of them. That's why this comic was made for both of the shippers. Please respect opinions.

I'm just glad the comics are giving Amy a more balanced personality that's more than just stalker girl. The shipping is nice, but even if it doesn't come true, I'd still like to see Amy and Sonic get along and be good friends/allies.

What I like about sonamy is Amy’s loyalty to sonic. I truly believe that girl loves him with all her heart and would never leave him. Also in IDW she says she doesn’t want to change him. She understands sonic is a free bird who can’t be pinned down but she chooses to follow along and wait for him anyway. That’s true dedication. And yeah she’s had issues in the past that put a wedge between them but I think Sega has been giving her the character arc that she grows more mature and improves for sonic. I totally ship them in IDW.
