Detail I never noticed before; the medic uses her own body to shield the marine pinned to the wall after she warns them about the incoming plasma, and only after the round hits does she move to cut him free. Love that.

This footage was actually the test footage that Neill Blomkamp and Peter Jackson where using in order to try and prove to the studios that a live action Halo film could be made. It’s a shame we never got to see the finished product.

I love how people back then criticized Forward Onto Dawn but compared to what we have now, that had heart still and felt like Halo.
