Cars that come back always scare me, especially if they're starring and going slow. Not trying to sound paranoid but always be aware of your surroundings and keep your guard up. Have an escape plan at all times.

When a car does this, drives by then comes back and slows down... something is going to happen. It looked like all these people noticed and were looking at it because it just passed. Prayers to all the families and hopefully this person is caught. This shows how important it is to be aware of your surroundings. Such a sad thing to happen.

Dude that slid under the car was dumb smart. This must've not been his first shooting as he knew exactly what to do. Unfortunate for the others reactions. Everyone should hid behind the car. Running away is more dangerous as you have 0 idea where the shooters pointing and where the shots will ricochet. Sad event.

I’m constantly driving through Philly, I’m a truck driver, and the amount of bullet holes you see in walls, store fronts and even just random houses is crazy. They do not play out there.
