I was sitting at my computer crying and very suicidal listening to Linkin Park when it came across the screen that he was gone , I cried for a week . It wasn't because my Idol was gone , it was because I had been through everything he had and I was still here . He will truly be missed .

The real tragedy is, we could all hear and see what was going on with him. It was in his eyes, the way he smiled and laughed and in every lyric he sang. In some interviews he said stuff from which you immediatly knew he was depressed. And we couldn't do anything. His family knew about it, his friends/bandmates...and still, there was nothing anyone could've done. Chesters death is the only celebrity death that ever got me. I cried for hours and I couldn't listen to their songs until recently, without tearing up.

Such a beautiful talent that was gone too soon. I pray that you have made peace with your demons. You will forever be missed, cherished, and loved.

This album was so underrated. It was amazing. This song is one of my faves, and was constantly on repeat... the very last "Let it go" that Chester sings at the end of this song is so haunting. You can hear and feel him exhaling everything: the pain, suffering, the frustration... Just gives me the chills. Chester was so amazing. The whole band is, but there was just something magical about Chester. RIP beautiful soul.

It really disturbs me that Chester's life ended this way! Let's pray for his family
