The one where the teacher needs to speak “privately” is so accurate

I hate when teachers know they're being 'observed,' because then they'll act all differently and "put on a show," so to speak, creating an atmosphere that everyone who knows the teacher knows is obviously fake, and spoiling the accuracy of the observational study being done on them and their teaching performance. (bonus: if the teacher is mean, but acts nice as "part of the show")

This is legitimately my entire elementary-6th grade experience. There was once when I got bronchitis that turned into full blown pneumonia. I was feeling awful, went to my teacher and basically this grown woman argued with an only semi conscious child with a 104 fever about how she didn’t “think” I was sick. I was out of class for seven days and dropped a grade letter because she refused to give me the work. What an impossible woman.

Something my 5th grade teacher did once during a test was, come over and take two peoples test because one of them was asking for a pencil. One of them got an C- and the other one got a F- (the one who was asking for a pencil) while he left three other kids who were talking the entire time alone. which pissed the first two kids off alot
